Our home base will be Shawnee Lodge & Conference Center located in Scioto County and surrounded by the beautiful Shawnee State Forest. The registration fee includes Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday morning keynote speakers, all guided day and night trips with a mothing station monitored by expert Diane Placto Brooks.

You may register up to two people. Note: Lodging is priced separately and not included.
MEALS: The Friday evening meal is on your own. The lodging dining room will be open. Meals Included in registration are the Saturday evening dinner buffet and the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. Saturday Breakfast To-Go and Packed Lunches are optional at an additional cost. Please bring a refillable water bottle with you for the weekend.
This Field Trip Document gives you the name of the leaders, the trip location, the trip description and the field trip activity level rating of Easy, Moderate or Difficult. Field trip participants are limited in number so that everyone can have access to the leaders. Our Trip leaders are given a roster of all trip registrants and will not depart Saturday morning until everyone has arrived and is accounted for. For these reasons, we are not able to change field trips after registration unless there are extenuating circumstances and all leaders agree. If you have any questions, you can talk to Kathy McDonald or Kim Banks at the registration desk during the event no later than Friday. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our commitment to our leaders and to our weekend schedule.

NOTE: All breakfasts include a smoothie. All lunches are served with fruit, vegetable crudite, bagged potato chips and cookie. Beverage is not included. Please pack your own lunch beverage and we suggest bringing water for your field trip. Please check the (GF) Gluten Free option with your order if needed.
