Welcome to the 2025 Conference Registration Page!
Note: This page is for registering for the 3-day conference. For shopping the Native Plant & Artisan Sale only (attendees do NOT have to register for that) you will get a link to register sometime in July. In the meantime, visit our website for a list of vendors and exhibitors that continues to be updated.
You can find details of all the events to help your registration choices on our Conference website page, at https://midwestnativeplants.org/midwest-native-plant-conference/. This page includes links to the agenda, to details about our speakers and their programs, and the various Sunday field trips.
Please note the following details about the conference:
- Lodging: Lodging is booked through the Bergamo Center.
- Meals: To avoid long lines and wait times, we will be serving meals at two different start times this year: Flora & Fauna. You can select your preference below, but this will be on a first 'sign-up' basis. We have extended Happy Hour and there is always the opportunity to shop vendors during this time.
- Our vendors are open to attendees all weekend
- On Saturday beginning at 10:00 AM we host the Native Plant & Artisan Sale that is open to the public. We require pre-registration for the public attending the sale to provide parking information, including how to enter the sale area, as well as updates.
- Refunds: Because of financial commitments, we are not able to offer refunds 6 weeks before the conference.
Please know that we will strive to do the best we can to accommodate your choices to help you have an enjoyable weekend. We look forward to having you join us!
