Vendors and exhibitors are located inside the Bergamo Center and outside on the grounds.
The Sale: The sale is held each year during our Midwest Native Plant Conference, sponsored by the Midwest Native Plant Society, Inc. to give the public the opportunity to buy quality native plants and artwork and other items from our conference vendors. There is no charge to attend the sale. Check out the list of participating vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors, that you can find listed on the Sponsor, Vendor and Exhibitor web page. Conference attendees do not need to register for the sale.
Shop: Shopping for the sale will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, anytime after 10:00 am. We ask that you register, and please limit your shopping to two hours to make room for other shoppers, Shopping starts at 10:00 am, and there is no required end time for shopping.
Parking for the Sale: The sale entrance is located at 4435 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430, and no other entrances will be open to the public on the day of the sale. Please park in lot A or B only. By registering we can email you important parking and event information. In addition, you will be part of our mailing list that will be alerted next year first about the sale.
Registration: The sale opens at 10:00 am, and remains free to the public. We won’t require you to choose a specific time slot but we do ask that you register so we know how many people are shopping for the day. There is limited parking spaces during the sale weekend. To prioritize pedestrian safety, we must keep fire lanes clear and reduce vehicular traffic. With these factors in mind, registration helps us logistically and to staff accordingly. In addition, you’ll receive important parking and event details via email before the event. You’ll also be part of our mailing list, which will notify you about the sale the following year as well as other events!
